About This Property

This is such a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a 1-car garage (has no outside door so it is more like covered parking on all sides except the entrance). I have put a lot of work into this property and want to find a nice family that will appreciate, take care of, and enjoy this home. It has a large living room with front areas sporting two sets of double windows on two sides that catch lots of light for morning coffee, reading, or just lounging after a hard day. The first bedroom is off of the living room and has a window and closet. Each bedroom and the living room have a ceiling fan with a light to brighten up the room. The kitchen is through the right doorway and to the left. It has beautiful granite countertops everywhere and all new, stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator (not common in house rentals), gas range, dishwasher, and microwave along with lots of cabinet space on both sides of the room. To the left of the refrigerator is the second bedroom with a window, ceiling fan, and closet. To the right of the fridge is a large laundry room with room for a freezer without obstructing access to the washer and dryer (not included). Through the back doorway out of the kitchen is the dining room or breakfast nook on one end and a handy storage area on the other end. Back through the kitchen and down the hallway there is the hallway bathroom. The countertop for the vanity is also granite with a sink, nice fixture, and nice light kit above the mirror. It has a larger low clearance stand-up shower, dual flush toilet, the vent fan also has bluetooth built-in and light, and a large storage area for towels and supplies. Back in the hallway there are separate closets for the new water heater and new HVAC unit. There shouldn't be any problems with these for a long time. At the end of the hallway and to the right is the master bedroom with two sets of double windows on two different walls to let lots of sun shine in and a ceiling fan with light. It is spacious and has two regular sized closets, but there is a handy much larger walk-in closet on the other side of the master bathroom. The Master bathroom is very roomy and luxurious. It has a vanity with sink, granite countertop, and light kit above. The shower has large dark slate-type tile and lots of room. There is a storage shelf with shelves from the floor to the ceiling to store towels and many other necessary items behind the vanity wall. And then the aforementioned walk-in closet past the bathroom to store everything else . Outside we have a large backyard with a couple trees along with trees in the front. The trees in front of the house have the most gorgeous lavender blossoms. The patio cover in the back of the house (sits pretty low so watch your head) would be great on those Spring and Fall afternoons/evenings to enjoy the end of the day. This property would be a great place to raise a family and has so much to enjoy. I hope you will come and look at it. Talk soon. My business model doesn't allow me to accept felons to live in my house. Felonies 25+ years old with a great record since may be considered. Anyone living in my house over the age of 18 will need to have a background check (criminal, financial, and lease history background). I believe Apartments .com will do one for free. If there are multiple people over the age of 18 living in the house they can apply for the same property and submit to the background check. Or I can do one with a separate group for $60. Just let me know. Family income needs to be at least 3 times the rent. There is a pet deposit (refundable) and a monthly pet fee (non-refundable)per animal. I will need a pet addendum on each animal with a picture of each accompanying it. I love animals but they often cause damage to properties. This property will be protected.
