Our requirements are; - Income is 3x the rent, no evictions, chapter 13 or violent arrests. We do a credit check but we do not have a minimum score. We just make sure your basic bills are being paid. Phone bill, car payments, TJ Maxx Cards, no recent repossessions, etc. - Completed rental verification from a current / former landlord or property manager. - No Pets - The application fee is $50 and can be paid at a later time (via cash or Cashapp) but is required before we can approve / deny you for the unit. -We also need 2 months worth of pay stubs to verify income and a photo ID.
