I do background checks looking for criminal history, eviction record, and lawsuits for money owed. If you have a criminal record or an eviction, your application will be rejected, so in that case, please decline to apply. If you have been sued for money, we can talk about that. If you have a delinquent balance with the light or gas company, or with a utility, your application will be rejected. No housing. One month’s rent and $500 deposit ($1,000) payable in cash before taking possession, no exceptions.
