You will need to pay for the cost of repairing any and all damage caused inside the unit during your stay. Normal use of water, electricity, garbage, pest control, lawn care and parking for two cars are all included at no extra fee. No use of commercial appliances or commercial operations/activities are allowed. Smoking inside the units will result in immediate termination of occupancy. Smoking outside on the property is permitted, but never on balconies, walkways, porches or other areas which may annoy or interfere with other tenants. Littering on the property, including cigarette butts, is not allowed. The first instance will result in a written warning, the second will result in immediate termination. You must purchase renters insurance and provide us with monthly proof of payment. Or we can do that for you as well for $75/month. There are no other fees other than your rental fee. In-unit laundry facilities are included, along with all furnishings.
