About This Home
This is a three bedroom, two bath house that sits on a half-acre lot that’s nicely shaded. The house is brick with a screened in back porch, double hung windows, new roof (2024), brand new septic and new paint inside and outside. All appliances including the hot water heater and central & heat air are all electric. Renter must provide refrigerator, washer & dryer. The renter is responsible for all utilities and maintaining the yard year-round. Once you see the house and we meet, we can discuss the next steps in the process which included filling out an application along with a background and credit check (about $40 per applicant). Applicants must earn at least $3800 a month, alone or combined income. Renters must carry Renter's Insurance. Monthly rent is $1500. First month's rent of $1500 and a deposit of $1500 are due at the signing the lease. Minimum credit score of 600 per applicant. No pets.
