The best Kailua has to offer in a secluded and peaceful setting ~ your garden hide-a-way is just steps from Kailua Beach rated as one of America’s best beaches and in the top 10 of the world. Take your morning coffee to sunrise, watch the kite surfers in the afternoon, or enjoy the full moon rising out of the water on Kailua Bay. Our private path opens up to the best part of Kailua Beach, not far from Kailua Beach Park, a morning stroll to Kalapawai Market for a fresh cup of coffee or to Buzz's for a delicious dinner. Your Garden Studio is fully furnished and includes taxes, utilities, cable TV/music and high-speed wireless internet. Enter to your corner of paradise through the Garden Gate to your private studio lanai entrance, that provides 400 square feet of interior and 200 square feet of covered Hawaiian outdoor living space in a private and peaceful garden setting. Your studio comes completely furnished and beautifully decorated. You'll be lulled to sleep with the sound of ocean waves and trade breezes rustling the palms. Your quaint kitchenette has a small refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, as well as cookware, utensils and dishes. Your bathroom has a large shower with seats. Open your windows to enjoy the trade breezes or you have a ceiling fan and air conditioning for your comfort. A desk is provided with wireless internet access, cable TV and music. Private access to shared laundry facilities is included through the garage door from your lanai where there is a full-size refrigerator available for your use as well. Off street parking is available for 1 car just outside your garden gate. No pets are allowed and no smoking on the premises. This Studio is ideal for an individual due to the size of the space, parking for 1 vehicle and privacy factors. Rental period ideally 6 months, open to monthly - call to discuss.
