The apartments have an interesting layout, and the laundry machines are nice.
Cool floor plans and very nice apartments given the price.
Overall, it was a pleasant process of getting approved and eventually moving in. The staff were professional and handled any concerns I had quickly. Cityside so far has been a nice place to live and Goldmark has done an excellent job to begin to make it seem like home.
Not bad but could be better.bathroom needs to be remodeled thats about the only issue I have. It disgusting. The bath tub has rust which is not appealing to potential tenants
