The open-concept living space invites relaxation with a deep green modular sectional, vegan leather swivel chairs, a 55” Smart TV, and board games for group fun. The dining area features a beautiful 10-person oak-toned table ideal for shared meals, celebrations, or remote work. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel cookware, ceramic dinnerware, a coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster oven, and more. Step outside to enjoy a front porch bistro set and a back deck lounge with string lights and a cozy sectional for evening hangs under the stars. From its hotel-quality amenities to its intentionally stylish design, The Terra Haus is your Durham home base made for memory-making. The home includes driveway parking for up to four vehicles. The Terra Haus is located in East Durham, one of the city’s most historic and fast-evolving neighborhoods. Just 5–10 minutes from downtown Durham, this area offers a unique blend of old Southern charm and new creative energy. Guests will enjoy a mix of historic homes and modern renovations on tree-lined streets, a growing number of locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries, and easy access to downtown Durham, Duke University, and RTP via nearby highways. The back of the home is located off a main road, so you may hear occasional traffic noise, particularly during peak hours. For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, the property is equipped with Ring cameras on the exterior—no cameras are placed inside the home. A noise monitoring device is installed inside to ensure respectful guest behavior and neighborhood compliance. It does not record conversations—only volume levels.
