There are some shared spaces such as the entry lobby (where mail is delivered), the basement area where some personal items are ok to be stored, and laundry can be used if tenant provides their own washer and dryer (washer and dryer for #4 are present and can be used as needed). Tenants can also access their unit off the rear deck area. There is a nice, large side yard that can also be used by tenants. Parking is street parking.
