It's centrally located at the top of Butler Avenue, making it a great home base for your Northern Arizona destinations. It's the perfect place to enjoy the best of both worlds - the great outdoors and the city. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate eight people in beds and one more on a futon mattress. The living room has a cozy woodstove, kitchen is fully equipped and attached to a sunroom so you'll be able to enjoy the outdoors even in the winter. The garage will be locked but there's plenty of space for 4 cars in the driveway (enter at an angle, the driveway is steep). The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a clawfoot tub. There's also a sitting room with an antique saloon piano. The dining room seats 8 comfortably. There's also an open patio off the back for relaxing or grilling. Wifi provided, internet-connected TV's in the living room and bedroom, so bring your own log-ins.
