Feel at home in this well-appointed and affordable 2-bedroom condo, ideal for two couples or small families. This lower-level condo offers a comfortable and stylish living space with hardwood floors and granite counters. This condo features new leather furniture surrounding a large HDTV and a warm gas fireplace. A sliding glass door provides direct access to a covered patio with furniture and festive lighting. The dining table seats 6 and is perfect for board games or laptops. The kitchen boasts a large counter and bar with seating for 3, and is fully equipped with everything a chef needs. Bedroom 1 is a suite with a king bed, ceiling fan, HDTV, private bathroom, and a good-sized closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, another large closet, and a full bathroom across the hall. While most condos in Steamboat Springs do not include AC, this condo stays cooler due to its lower level location and mature trees providing shade. For colder nights, the gas fireplace and baseboard heat will keep you cozy. Discounts are available for ski and snowboard rentals, as well as airport shuttles. Parking is provided for up to two vehicles in an outdoor lot, with spaces not being assigned or reserved. Trailers are not allowed per HOA guidelines, but nearby parking options are available. Timber Run is conveniently located 1/2 mile from the center of the Steamboat Ski Resort. During ski season, a complimentary private shuttle service is available to take you to and from the slopes, looping back to Gondola Square. From Gondola Square, you can easily walk throughout the mountain village or use the free city bus for transportation around town. The distance to the slopes is walkable for many, and outside of ski season, you can take the Mountain Sneak trail, a paved and plowed sidewalk, directly to Gondola Square. Accessing the unit requires some stairs, either from the building's side parking area or the front parking area. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property to ensure security and safety. This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of this policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. Parties or gatherings are prohibited unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for any additional housekeeping or maintenance services if the home is left in a state of abnormal or excessive disorder. All adults in the rental group must be at least 30 years old, unless they are directly biologically related to one of the other adults in the group. Groups visiting for specific events must inquire for approval before booking. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed. Bona fide service animals are permitted with prior notification. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 72 hours of booking and prior to occupying the property. Mid-stay cleaning fees may apply for stays longer than one week.
