About This Property

Located in a spectacular location in Durango, Colorado, this home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, W/D hookups, and a large, fenced back yard. Hard wood floors were just refinished, new paint. Storage shed in backyard. Ceiling fans. One-car garage. No students. No smokers. No cats. Dogs with references allowed on case-by-case basis. $300 pet deposit per dog plus $35/month per dog. Tenants pay gas, electricity, and W/S/T. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and a $50 application fee for EACH adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. We do not take credit card payments or online payments at this time, only cash or check. Applications can be submitted online (via our website) or on paper, but you must pay the application fees to the office with a copy of your drivers license.
