Private storage lockers in covered parking area plus shed with central storage for surfboards, bicycles, more. Coin-operated laundry on site. No shared walls. Tenant pays gas, water, and electricity. Each unit separately metered for gas, water, and electricity. Owner pays for landscaping, irrigation water, and garbage/recycling. No smoking inside.
