Thank you for your interest in renting the 1 bed 1 bath home at 2010 E Bridgeport Ave, Spokane. Feel free to drive by anytime. Rent is $1,500 per month. If you like a bright and cozy home, with a large 2 car garage/shop (575 sq ft), you have found it! The bonus room and washer and dryer are in the basement. Spacious backyard. There is a small shed in the backyard too! Dogs under 75 lbs (except pit bulls & pit bull mixes) and cats may be allowed. $300 per pet non-refundable deposit. $25 per pet per month pet rent. Tenant pays water, sewer, garbage, electricity. Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit. The security deposit is the same amount as one month's rent. Is your credit score at least 620? (You can easily check your credit score for free on websites like Credit Karma or Annual Credit Report.) Is your gross monthly household income at least 3 times the rent? (For example: if rent is $1,000, your combined income has to be at least $3,000/mo.) If you meet the credit score and income criteria listed above, let’s schedule a tour. In the northeast corner of Spokane, approximately 15 minutes from downtown, Bemiss is a residential community with an active Neighborhood Council that encourages everyone to join.
