This is a safe, quiet, clean place to come home to every day. The house rules are strictly enforced at all times to keep the house safe, quiet, clean, and drama free. All tenants and roommates have signed an agreement to follow the house rules. Anyone who refuses to follow the rules will have their rental agreement cancelled and will be forced to move out.
