Downtown Orlando, Orlando Regional Medical Center, SoDo District, Curry Ford West District, and Amway Center are all within a short drive. This unit shares walls and a ceiling with another unit, but it’s very well insulated to ensure minimal noise transfer. There may be occasional noise from neighboring guests. Quiet hours are between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay. A maximum of 2 small dogs are allowed. House-trained and non-aggressive dogs only. A crate is required if left alone indoors. A leash is required when outside. No pets on furniture, please bring your pet’s bedding. Clean up after your pets both indoors and outdoors. Parking is located directly in front of your door in a tandem-style driveway, with one car behind the other. The driveway is designed to accommodate only two vehicles per unit.
