About This Home
Welcome home to this cozy two-bedroom, one-bath house filled with vintage charm. As you walk in, the living room greets you with a fireplace that adds warmth and character. A mid-century style pass-through window connects the living room to the kitchen, letting in light and keeping the spaces open and connected. The kitchen has a classic 1950s look, giving it a unique personality you can enjoy as-is or update to match your own style. Both bedrooms are carpeted with built-in storage, and one even has its own personal sink — a thoughtful touch that works perfectly as a vanity. The bathroom carries that same retro character from the 50s–60s, tying into the home’s overall feel. Step outside to a fenced yard that offers plenty of room for pets, gardening, or simply relaxing outdoors. It’s a comfortable home with character and space, ready for you to make your own. Pets are welcome upon approval and completed pet screening through (breed restrictions apply). A one-time $35 pet application fee per pet is required. An additional $300 pet deposit per pet and $25 monthly pet rent per pet will also apply. All applicants must complete a pet screening report, whether they have household pets, service animals, ESA animals, or no pets at all.
