The main level has 3 large bedrooms, a VERY large living room with built-in storage and fireplace, bathroom, and kitchen that includes fridge, stove, and microwave. Downstairs you will find another kitchen with fridge, stove, and microwave, bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, another small living room, as well as 2 very large bedrooms, one of which has an outside entrance. The large enclosed porch is wired for a hot tub! Off street parking in the driveway. Small shed for extra storage. No pets. No smoking. Tenant pays all utilities. There is a $50 application fee per adult(will be reimbursed if you move in), deposit is $2500, and if approved there is a one time administrative fee of $150(this is waived if you move in).
