200 West Apartments

I moved to 200 West last year and just renewed for another year. I have thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and resident events. The whole building was renovated, so practically everything is new. They have coffee and pastry mornings every other Thursday, and recently added in regular game nights and yoga classes. The area is perfect, being 4 minutes from Westgate shopping mall, and the Cleveland Metroparks in the backyard. All around best apartment I’ve ever lived at! Oh and my dog thinks so too!

I lived here for three years. New management is terrible. You will need a space heater. There’s almost no heat in the winter when it’s cold. All management says is her apartment is cold too. I had a window that would not close open in the winner they took 10 days to repair. They will charge you for everything lots of fees. Management ignores, phone calls and emails elevator smells like weed and dog urine. Trash shoots are constantly clogged. Laundry machine are gross and will make your clothes smell.

They'll charge you fees so they can do basic landlord duties. That's pretty cool. Maintenance takes over a week to respond to issues, sometimes as long as a month. Oh, and the heat is very poor. They'll offer you a space heater after you contact Fairview Park city hall and file an official complaint about them. In my opinion, not worth the rent price they want. You can find better places for the same or cheaper price.

We have lived at 200 West for 3 1/2 years now and I can't say enough good. It was sold from a family owned business to Corporate owned and we all feared the changes ahead. The new management has been wonderful. They listen to your concerns and address them the best they can and that is usually very helpful. The management has kept the building very much as it was. They have a coffee morning and a game night and the occasional Pot luck dinner. They do so much more than they have to. They plant beautiful flowers in the spring and fall. The keep the grounds beautiful and the building very clean and comfortable. The Management and Staff are #1. They are so kind, cheerful and caring. I love living here and have to say that Lisa in the front office is a very caring proactive person. We all love her. The staff is so kind and honest. Once I left $20 in the laundry room and one of the guys (DJ) knew I had been in the laundry and brought it to my apartment. Does it get any better than that. We have not had a lot of trouble with noise but I do have concerns about all the carpet being removed and that might make noises more easily heard. Oh also the back outside patio Is beautiful and again well maintained and the indoor pool is wonderful. I use it daily. It is well maintained and sufficiently heated. Also this area is fantastic. You are minutes from the Metro parks walking path and if you go through the neighborhood streets it's only a twenty minute walk to Westgate shopping center. We love to walk so we do lots of Urban hiking from here. It feels like HOME.

Just moved to 200 West. My new apartment is modern,clean and just the right size.It is very quiet and peaceful. The staff,Katrina and Lisa have been incredibly helpful,friendly,patient and kind. The building is well maintained and clean and offers many perks. Do not hesitate to move here. Great choice.

For the past 3 years I’ve called 200 West Apartments my home and couldn’t be happier. The staff are always very helpful and take the time to get to know everyone. The maintenance staff are very respectful of your space and respond very quickly to work orders! The tenants are respectful of one another. The building is always clean both inside and out. I love having access to a beautiful clean indoor pool, party room, game room, gym, laundry room, grills and a spacious relaxing back deck. Overall I’m so HAPPY to be a tenant here! Rent here you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing place to live, love the love the location and staff!!

I love 200 West for so many reasons. First of all, the staff is always friendly and helpful. They are quick to respond to any concerns and keep the building clean and well maintained. The building is safe and quiet. The location is great - right by the valley and easy access to the highways. The other residents are respectful and kind. Having access to a pool, gym, game room, and outdoor back patio/grilling area (all kept very clean) is awesome. I would definitely recommend 200 West!

I recommend this complex to anybody looking for a really nice apartment for a great price. It offers a lot of great amenities. Residents are friendly and many of them have lived here for a very long time so that should be an instant clue to how great this place is. It is pretty quiet and offers great views. The staff is also very friendly, personable, and are always willing to help out. Definitely one of the best apartments I have lived in!

For 15 years, 200 West Apartments has been my home. It is a great place to live and I am very happy here. My apartment is spacious, I love the in suite storage closet, and the beautiful view of the Valley from my windows. The staff is very friendly, the building is kept very clean, and is well maintained. The building is secure and quiet. The indoor pool and the parking garage are wonderful amenities. Residents are friendly and respectful, especially during this time of Covid-19. The staff has truly gone the extra mile to do additional cleaning and disinfecting in an effort to keep everyone safe and healthy.

The building is beautiful inside. The apartments are spacious and are updated yearly. They care about your safety here, with COVID-19 precautions in place, very secure parking and entrances and it is on the bus line and near Cleveland and 90 and 480. Lived here almost 20 years!

When I first seen the apartment I knew this was the place for me. Apartment is very spacious. And when I moved in everything was clean and spotless. I love my cozy apartment and you will too

I've been living at 200 West for over 10 years and have loved every minute. The building and suites are well maintained and the staff are kind and always helpful.

This is an excellent property! I been living here for 9 years. It has very spacious rooms very roomy, nice walking closets, has other closets as well, love that most utilities are included. Nice big laundry facility, nice in-ground year round pool, nice picnic/patio area & Gym. Nice outside surroundings area. Love that is has cover car assigned garage parking. Is nice that maintenance are onsite & they respond right away to any maintenance that’s needed in the suite. Love my private balcony. Very quiet and peaceful building. Very nice and professional staff.

Great place to live. Building is very quiet. Maintenance team does awesome job. The building is kept very clean. The Management does outstanding job keeping COVID from spreading. By cleaning washers/dryers, door handles etc... Highly recommend living here

I've lived at 200 West for a year and a half, and I have absolutely loved it. The staff is friendly, common areas are always clean, and the apartments themselves are spacious. It's a great place to live and located in a wonderful area.

200 West Apartments is an excellent place to live. The building and apartments are well maintained with up to date appliances. When something does go wrong, the maintenance staff is quick to respond and all of my maintenance requests have been worked on the next day. The apartment staff are friendly and really work to make 200 West a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and I love having a fitness room and pool in the building. 200 West also updates amentities with new washers and dryers installed recently and a revamp of the fitness room. The location also can't be beat with close access to shopping and several freeways. I highly recommend 200 West for anyone looking for a great apartment at a good price!

I knew I had found a good apartment building when I applied, but it has exceeded my expectations. The amenities are excellent, everything I need and more. It's clean and quiet. My suite is in a "busy" area and still very little noise bleeds in. The parking lot is great, there is excellent communication about anything going on. Most importantly, though, is that I feel like the residents here care about maintaining a high-quality living space. There are residents of all ages, families, etc, so please expect a quiet and considerate place if you apply here. They put in the effort to make sure litter is cleaned up, they keep the courtyard looking nice. The staff is super friendly. So yeah, it's pretty sweet.

This is a great place to live! The units are reasonably priced and are good quality. They complex also provides a lot of amenities. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a great community and I would definitely recommend living here!

We love living here, it's more like a family atmosphere. We've been here going on 7years. The staff is A1. The cleanliness is phenomenal and maintenance is great. Any issues that we've had have been addressed immediately. We are here to stay!

I have zero complaints about 200 West. The staff is friendly, management is helpful and accommodating, and maintenance requests are always dealt with same day. The lobby and hallways are always very clean and the grounds are very well maintained. The suites are well cared for and inspected throughly upon move in. The amenities are a huge plus as well including the pool, gym, deck/grill area, parking garage, and more. You’ll love 200 west!!

I am so happy I decided to make 200 West Apartments my  home.  I've lived here for just over two years and have nothing but great things to say about the building, the staff, and the management.  The entire staff is always friendly, respectful, and helpful.  Maintenance requests are almost always completed the same day and the common areas of the building are always clean.  The other tenants are always polite and respectful and my neighbors are all very quiet.  The building's back deck sits at the edge of the valley and offers a beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy the outdoors.  The location is perfect!  With easy access to all the major freeways, I can easily get anywhere I want to go!  I am obviously very happy here!!

200 West Apartments definitely surprised me and here’s why: these suits go like hot cakes (good thing to keep in mind if interested) so when i was first considering 200 west, there were no suits to tour, meaning if I wanted to live there, I would have to apply on a suit without seeing it. I was very hesitant to do this (as this would potentially be my first apartment) so I decided to tour the property and it’s amenities instead. I got a really good vibe from the building/it was very clean, so I took a chance and applied on it. When it came time to get my keys and check out my “new home”, I was happily surprised and relieved to see how clean and spacious the suit was. And for the price?! You can’t beat it. (especially compared to other apartments in the area) The managers are really good and respectful about addressing concerns and maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. There is a spacious balcony, a parking garage, a laundry room, gym, and a pool, too. I am happy with my stay so far and would absolutely recommend 200 west.

Why is it excellent? Let us count the ways...This is a family-owned and operated building which is a unique quality in an apartment building. What it means is that the management really wants to take care of their property and they respond immediately to any type of maintenance request or complaint. There is diversity in the type of tenants who reside here and the general manager really seems to look out for the older population, keeping their best interests in mind. This property has done an exceptional job at handling the COVID-19 crisis. The rent and annual increases are more reasonable than you will find anywhere else.
