Tenants must be 55 years of age or older to lease this property. Smoking is not permitted in the interior or exterior of this home. The Owner pays the yearly HOA dues and the basic lawn maintenance (mowing, edging and blowing). Anything more than the basic lawn maintenance will be up to the Owner. Tenants are responsible for the rent, the watering of the landscaping per the City of Georgetown water restrictions, the utilities at the property, pest control and renter's insurance. The refrigerator, washer and dryer are the personal property of the Owner. Repair or replacement of these appliances will be up to the Owner and is not guaranteed. Owner will consider a dog or a cat during a lease term. ALL prospective tenants must complete our third-party pet screening and review processes. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal related policy acknowledgments and accurate pet/animal records. The fee to screen a household pet is $30. This is a separate charge from the rental application fee. There is no charge for those with assistance animals or for tenants without a pet (you will select this information on the screening profile and provide any requested documentation).
