About 200 S Water St Milwaukee, WI 53204
Recently renovated condo in superb downtown Milwaukee Third Ward location, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee places. Walking distance to the Milwaukee Public Market, Cafe Benelux, and other fun downtown hangouts. Brand new hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances installed in 2017. 1 parking space included with rent. The unit is also very close to the freeway entrance (about 5 minutes), quick cab ride to the Milwaukee airport (about 10 minutes), and walking distance to the downtown Amtrak station. Unfortunately I have to re-locate to the Boston area for work and need to find a trustworthy renter asap. Please call or e-mail me if interested in scheduling a viewing, this unit won't last long! (Also I am happy to provide the unit furnished as is, or empty). I am also willing to negotiate the lease terms, minimum 6 months is preferable.
200 S Water St is a condo located in Milwaukee County and the 53204 ZIP Code.

Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward district is a fascinating and architecturally impressive commercial, arts, and residential area with a wealth of creative businesses and artists. Located at the mouth of the Milwaukee river, this former warehouse district has become a booming mixed-use area with a lot of charm.
Located just south of downtown, the Historic Third Ward is on a short peninsula wedged between the convergence of the Milwaukee and Kinnickinnick rivers into Lake Michigan and is adjacent to Milwaukee's famous Summerfest grounds.
The neighborhood is home to award-winning restaurants, the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, dozens of galleries, and unique specialty stores. In 2005, the Milwaukee Public Market opened its doors, showcasing dozens of vendors and artisan culinary specialists.
