Pet Policy: Pets accepted on a case by case basis with approval and payment of applicable fees. $400 refundable deposit, $45 pet rent, and $25 pet application fee per pet. Breed restrictions apply. We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals. All HomeRiver Group residents will enroll in renters insurance as required under the lease agreement at a cost of $15.00 monthly.
