MISSOULA - Located four blocks from the University and close to downtown, this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit features 600 square feet of living space, a separate dining space off the spacious living room, on-site coin-op laundry facilities, one storage locker per unit, and one assigned off-street parking space per unit. Gas heat and neutral-colored interiors keep it comfortable. This is a 2nd floor unit. *Photos are of a similar unit* SPECIAL TERMS: Tenant responsible for gas, electric and water (water billed with rent - $30.00 / month). Garbage, snow removal and lawn care provided. No satellite dishes permitted. One Dog (up to 25lbs.) and one cat permitted OR two dogs may be considered if combined weight is 50lbs. $50.00 monthly pet rent per pet + $500.00 pet deposit per pet. Renter must maintain general liability insurance that includes pet coverage. Pet rental agreement restrictions apply. Non-smoking unit.
