I love my apartment, the closeness to the beach and roof top views. I have no complaints.
I’ve been living here for the past year and it has been stress free compared to my prior apartments. My apartment has one of the best water views. Waking up to that every day never gets old. The rooftop lounge is perfect for relaxing especially now with the updated furniture, and being just steps away from the beach makes the price unbeatable. Haven't had any sour experience with management so far. Between the views and proximity to the beach, I have no complaints .
This building is very poorly kept, dirty, elevators break at least once a week, many units and common areas have water leaks, it literally rains inside the apartments, Maintenance doesn’t exist. On street parking is a nightmare, especially in the summer. You really have to need to be this close to the water, like a surfer or a fisherman or just a highly tolerant person to endure living in this building, The amenities are a lie. There is a roof deck, but no furniture. There is a gym, but most of the equipment got damaged during one of the leaks are also as a media room but the equipment doesn’t work in there and they don’t allow access. Look very closely before making a decision on this place and definitely speak to residents.
