The bluestone back patio wraps around the house and overlooks 4 acres of land from the top of a hill allowing you incredible vistas and an unparalleled sense of privacy whether you want to dine al fresco, relax on the couches, melt some s'mores around the fire pit, or cook on the Weber grill and Traeger smoker. Indoor you will be greeted by large spaces with 13 foot high ceilings including a chef's kitchen with a breakfast table, a family room with a dining area, a living room with shuffleboard and a home cinema, a wet bar for the cocktail aficionados, a large playroom, a fully equipped home gym, and a private home office with stunning views. The Sonos sound system allows you to seamlessly stream your favorite music inside and out. Drive off the highway and onto the Bedford dirt roads to enjoy your new home away from home. The area has plenty to offer, from a vibrant farm to table food scene, to arcades and go karts, all within a seven minute drive of the nearest train station making it easy for your city friends to come and visit. 20 Rock Gate Farm is ready for you. Eight week rental June 29-August 19. Shorter term not available but longer term may be possible. Summer 2024.
