T.V. room in the basement and direct access to the one car garage, first floor laundry and two mudroom areas. The back deck is accessed via the kitchen sliding doors as well as the driveway. Large side yard with Adirondack seating and firepit. AC on top level and driveway for three cars. This is a six month rental available from September through February only. The fee includes utilities and snow plowing in heavy snow. No pets and no smoking. Open House on Sunday, June 13 from 2-4pm.
