The fully equipped kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances such as a dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer, oven with stovetop, and microwave. The dining table doubles as a work station, and the condo is connected to high-speed internet. Relax on the comfortable sofa bed in front of a 55” LCD smart TV, and enjoy in-suite laundry machines for your convenience. Convenient paid parking is available immediately next door to the apartment. For families, a "Pack 'N Play Crib" and a highchair are available for a one-time fee of $40 each. Situated in the trendy Entertainment District, the apartment is within walking distance to major downtown attractions, Toronto’s finest restaurants, coffee shops, and art galleries. Nearby attractions include the Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, Metro Toronto Convention Center, CN Tower, Union Station, Ripley’s Aquarium, Eaton Center, King Street, St. Lawrence Market, Financial District, and Queen’s Quay Waterfront. Guests should buzz the concierge and present a valid ID to collect their key. The pool and gym are available from 6am to 11pm daily. The dishwasher is currently not available for use. We are not responsible for unreceived parcel deliveries or shipping orders. A mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 21 days or more. The building's temperature is centralized, set to heating from November to March and cooling around April. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited and may result in a fine or forfeiture of your full deposit. Pets are not permitted, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine or forfeiture of your full deposit. Check-out on time to avoid a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.
