Off the kitchen is a door to the back porch which overlooks a large back yard. Down the hall are the bedrooms and first bathroom. Down in the basement is a living area and then washer and dryer are in the basement bathroom. Home comes with 1 garage parking spot and 2 drive way parking spots. Gas heating. Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis for a $100 per month pet fee,but no cats please. First,last,and broker fee due at lease signing.
