About This Property
Welcome to Poe West Inn, a beautifully remodeled 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home located within walking distance of the new Poe West development and of the upcoming Unity Park. We are a 1/4 of a mile from The Village of West Greenville, our burgeoning arts district and home of some of my favorite restaurants and coffee shops. Finally, Poe West Inn is only 2 miles (7-min drive) from Downtown, making it the perfect fit for your family! Poe West Inn is available for Monthly Rental (30 days -6 months) beginning December 7, 2021. The Space: Poe West Inn is poised to be your furnished home away from home as you move to the area, relocate, wait on a home to be built, or deal with renovations on your existing home. You will find a cozy home with a fully furnished kitchen, laundry facility, and TV in the living room. Wi-Fi is included, as is use of our security system :) We are pet friendly, and welcome them for a one time non-refundable fee of $250. Upon entering Poe West Inn, you will find a well-appointed living room with cozy sofas, wing back chairs in front of a fire place, and an open floor plan, leading to our dining table (seats 6) and bar area (seats 2), which serves as a peninsula to our fully remodeled and equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are all along a long hallway, and there are 4. The very back bedroom is the spacious Master Suite. This room includes a large corner desk for working from home, a California King bed, a small couch, and a beautiful en suite bathroom with double vanities and a huge, double walk-in shower. A large closet is available for your use as well, and is located off of the bathroom. The Master also has an attached patio with furniture (not pictured, as it hadn't arrived before we took photos) and access to the backyard, which is fully fenced in and has a picnic table area for you to enjoy. Additional access to the backyard can be found off the kitchen. The three other bedrooms are as follows: The Queen Room This room has a Queen bed, nightstand, dresser, and access to an en suite full bathroom with a single vanity and tub-shower combination. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway. The Double Twin Room This room has 2 twin beds, a nightstand, and dresser. The bathroom is next door, off of the hallway, and also has a single vanity and tub/shower combination. The Twin Room Our final bedroom is at the front of the home, and features a cube-style storage as well as a twin bed and nightstand. In addition to these 4 rooms, guests also have a large laundry room with a laundry sink for their use. We cannot wait to welcome you to our home, and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Named for a tavern that used to be located in the area, White Horse Road -- and the larger White Horse neighborhood -- is a historic reminder of Greenville's long history, which began with a trading post around 1754. Today, White Horse is a family-friendly neighborhood with a unique claim to fame -- it is home to the area's largest flea market, the White Horse Flea Market.
Located about three miles southwest of Downtown Greenville, White Horse is a terrific community with easy access to all of Greenville's attractions, including the spectacular Falls Park on the Reedy and Greenville Zoo. White Horse Road extends through the center of the neighborhood and offers a variety of shops and restaurants.
