About This Property
Winter Rental: Available October 1-April 30, 2026 This cozy cottage has lovely views of the marsh and Saratoga Creek from the back deck and yard. Beach Bungalow is a one-level rental designed for easy living. Take in the brilliant colors of the Fall foliage from the three-season enclosed sun porch. The living room doubles as the dining area with table and comfortable seating. Off of the living area are two bedrooms - one with a full bed and the other with bunk beds. Full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The compact but very functional kitchen has everything you need. A door from the kitchen leads to the back deck which is set up with outdoor seating with views of the water. Just a short path takes you to the Saratoga Creek Footbridge which leads you to your choice of Cape Hedge (to the left) or Long Beach (to the right). Life should always have such easy choices! Choose to spend your winter vacation in this idyllic spot in Rockport by the sea. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit and off-street parking for two cars in the driveway. Internet and water/sewer included. Electric included up to $300/month. Tenant pays for heat (propane). No smoking. No pets. No events or parties. First, last, and security due at signing.
