The 1,435-square-foot residence is within easy walking distance to Carmel Plaza, a premier shopping center with wine tasting rooms, shopping and restaurants and downtown Carmel’s art galleries, fine dining and upscale boutiques. It’s also just a 10-minute drive to golf and dining in Pebble Beach, or attractions such as Pacific Grove’s butterfly trees and the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row. The kitchen has a vintage Wedgewood gas stove. Dining area seats six. Living room has a 42-inch HDTV, gas fireplace, a desk and a small library with books on local history. There is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom arrangement, where they share a bathtub but have separate sinks and toilets. Master bath has a shower.
