Shuttle stops in front of building for Railroad. 2 Spacious BR, 2 Full Bathrooms, 5 minute walk from start of boardwalk at Neptune Blvd. 5 minute walk to Long Beach Middle and High Schools and East Elementary School. Laundry on floor. Wifi enabled, will include Wifi for extra $60 or so. HVAC unit in each bedroom and in living room, but apartment often retains sufficient heat and AC from building. High ceilings, charming 1926 beaut, used to be a fancy resort/hotel, and you can tell. One tree with birds right outside this apartment, for that nature feel. No pets allowed, except service animals.
