2 bedroom 1 bath apartment available for rent by owner in Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 (Westchester). Heat and water included in rent. Apartment includes a lovely wood burning fireplace, access to a nice private terrace and 2 private yards for children to play in. 2 assigned parking spots. Close to many stores and supermarkets (in a central location) and school district is Lakeland (amazing schools) The unit is the 1st level unit in a 3 family house. The school bus picks up and drops off right in front of the house. I am available to show you the apartment Monday-Friday after 4pm and on some weekends. Please either text/call/email and let me know which day/time slot works for you for a viewing. Please keep in mind that a background check is required which costs $50 (which will be reimbursed to you once the lease is signed). Thank you!
