The area is well served by the public transit system, which operates bus or streetcar routes on Carlaw, Jones, Greenwood, Coxwell, and Eastern Avenues, as well as Queen and Gerrard Streets. Most of these bus routes connect to stations on the Bloor-Danforth subway line. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $250 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection MID-STAY CLEANING For stays of 30+ days, a complimentary monthly cleaning is included. The partner will reach out to schedule it at a convenient time each month to maintain a fresh, welcoming space.
