- Parkville charmer - Historic Parkville 2 bedrooms 1 bathhouse that sits close to campus. Harwood floors throughout the home, bright family room that leads into the eat-in kitchen. Kitchen features quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and tile backsplash. Located within walking distance of the Parkville Nature Sanctuary, English Landing Park, or all the shops on main street. Rent is $1700 a month with an $1700 deposit. Pets welcome with a $500 non refundable pet fee and an additional $25 a month. Sorry we do not accept section 8 or housing vouchers. WE DO NOT USE ZILLOW APPLICATIONS.
