In addition, the front yard and back deck are gated which allows for extra safety and year round coastal indoor and outdoor living.. Parking is available for 2 cars along the long driveway as well as plenty of street parking. Every detail has been carefully crafted to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay, including all the gear you need for a fun day at the beach. You will find 2 surfboards, 2 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, sand toys and a wagon to tote it all. The home is located just one block east of N Coast Highway 101 and about 0.4 miles from both Grandview Surf Beach and Beacon's Beach.
