This small, but cozy house is nearly 900 sq ft, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has an updated kitchen with plenty of cabinet space and nice, newer stainless appliances. The eat-in kitchen is good size as well as the living area. The master bedroom is good size as well. Another big bonus is the large covered front porch to sit out on and relax or a great space to entertain guests. The lot is around 1.25 acres, part of which is wooded, but most is flat and usable. The property also has a detached building, with electricity, that would be greatly used as a workshop or more storage space. Don't forget the attached covered carport to keep your vehicle out of the weather. The washer and dryer stay and is included. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance. Rent is $700 per month, the security deposit is also $700. There is a $22 per person non refundable application fee where we do a national background check and credit check, also a $50 one time set up fee.
