We can be somewhat flexible on these dates. First floor unit located just three houses from the beach and comes fully furnished. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 office/storage room, kitchen, full bath and family room. The exterior has been updated with new vinyl siding, new windows and doors. The kitchen was redone in 2018 and bathroom in 2020. Maximum occupancy is 2 - 3 people based on septic system constraints. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis and may add additional requirements such as pet insurance and/or pet security deposit. There is off street parking for two vehicles. Unfortunately - there are no washer/dryer hookups. (RLNE8178965) Other Amenities: Furnished, Parking (2 cars maximum), Smoke Free, Yard (small back yard). Appliances: Air Conditioning, Refrigerator, Range, Oven, Microwave. Lease lengths: Month to Month (Sept - June).
