About This Property
(423) 360-7150 - 2 BR 1 BA on second floor near Tweetsie Trail - If you are able to climb the stairs, you may enjoy this apartment. It is in a brick duplex maybe 300 yards from the Tweetsie Trail just up the hill from Happy Valley schools. Convenient location for getting on major roads. Two bedrooms. One bath. Open living, dining, kitchen. Stove and refrigerator provided. Sorry there's no washer/dryer hookups, no dishwasher. No HVAC so portable heat and air conditioning will be needed. It does have upgrades to the outside--New vinyl and aluminum currently being added around doors, eaves, soffit. Entire apartment has been painted this month. I will try to add more pictures if I can remove all of the work/cleaning equipment. We definitely prefer no pets and there is absolutely no smoking. One year lease. Application is online and costs $30/adult. We do quarterly inspections and drive by to check on things daily. The deposit is $410 like rent, but may go up if you do have a pet. We appreciate your time in reading this ad. When you send an inquiry, please include some info about your family, work, pets, smoking—I will not respond to you until you provide that information. I ask that you drive by the apartment before requesting a showing. I’ve been stood up more lately than when I was young, lol. Thank you. No Pets Allowed (RLNE4846991) Pet policies: No Dogs Allowed, No Cats Allowed.
