I've lived here at 2Bayshore for over 4 years now and I absolutely love it! The location is PERFECT and incredibly convenient. The management team is great - very helpful, organized and professional. I have not had many issues with the apartment but when something has come up, maintenance has resolved the problem promptly. The amenities are fantastic and the community grounds are always clean and well-kempt. It's the best place, I can't recommend it enough!

I am going on two years at 2 Bayshore and I still enjoy all it has to offer. The location is tops, near downtown, but still feels residential. The amenities include a 2-story fitness center that meets my needs for weights and cardio, and overlooks the sparking, heated pool that is always clean and fresh. Maintenance staff is top-notch, answering requests asap. Leasing staff is always approachable and listens to concerns. What else do I need?

I have been consistently impressed with the maintenance service at 2bayshore. Service requests are always responded to within a day during the week, which is incredibly efficient. The maintenance team is not only prompt but also kind and courteous, always going above and beyond to ensure everything is in top condition. For instance, during a recent visit, they noticed my A/C filter needed changing and replaced it on the spot, even though that wasn't the reason for their visit. Their attention to detail and commitment to preventative maintenance truly sets them apart. It's clear they care about the residents and take pride in their work. Living at 2bayshore has been an incredible experience! The amenities are top-notch, including a stunning rooftop, a modern fitness center, and a beautifully landscaped courtyard. After 6 years I still love calling 2bayshore home. Best management and maintenance teams, they are quick to take care of anything that arises and are always having things done to improve or just keep up the appearance and quality of the property. Wow, my move in experience has been absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The ladies in the front office were so accommodating and made me feel welcome the moment I arrived. At move in they re toured me on the amenities, showed me the important stuff like how package delivery worked and where my mailbox was. They reviewed where to park and how to easily access my new home. Then they showed me how to work my smart lock and thermostat and walked me through how to control my home with the resident app. I was also warmly greeted with a beautiful gift and a hand written card. I love it here and so will you!

Overall I love living here aside from the fitness center noise it’s a pretty perfect place to call home. The entire staff take great pride in their jobs and it shows. I mean where else can you live and the community manager is out digging up rocks in the middle of her weekend in this hot Florida sun just to try and make a fountain work again for the residents to enjoy…speaks volumes!

The building has a great location and amenities. The building organizes community activities, a great way to meet neighbors and socialize. It is generally well-kept, and the administration and maintenance teams are very friendly and supportive. Our move was very smooth thanks to them since we got a lot of support to solve all the surprises. The proximity to the supermarket and pharmacy is a huge advantage for those who enjoy walking and have some independence from their vehicle. We love the view from the building; it has a prime location to see the fireworks from the New Year celebration and many other events. The main downside is the excessive noise for the apartments facing the Bayshore, as the building doesn’t have double-glazed windows and doors. The hospital helicopters, which are extremely loud and come and go several times daily at any time, are a never-ending noise source, in addition to the continuous traffic and the loud music, and event entertainers from the occasional early events in the Bayshore, which have a start/finish line right in front of the building. The worst so far, starting at 5 am. On a final positive note, we love the access to the Aids Memorial Park as it provides a great outdoor space for our indoor cat, who loves to explore it and climb the trees.

2bayshore is still the place I love to call home. While it may be just an apartment I rent, it’s still home to me. Bryan and his crew are beyond the best there is and take such great care of the community and Farrah and Tracie in the office have been incredible and day after day and year after year continue to provide the best customer service even for residents like myself who I know at times can be needy!! Best staff all around!
