I just renewed my lease for the third time. I like the incentives that were offered
We moved into the newer phase of development, so while we don’t have a lot of neighbors yet, everyone we’ve talked with and encountered has been friendly and welcoming. There’s lots of space for our dog to get acclimated to other dogs being around, and the dog park will be a great place to socialize him. The common areas are well kept by staff and residents alike. There’s opportunity for plenty of social interactions everywhere, but if you like to keep to yourself the way this community was designed it incorporates that as well.
It has been great living here. Amenities are awesome and I’ve met a lot of people my age. The hot tubs will be extra nice in the winter when it gets really cold.

Best apartment complex. Super nice gym, two hot tubs that are always warm and clean, grills you can use whenever you want, and so much more. The apartments are super modern and the layout is great.

The apartments look nice but built poorly/cheaply (you can hear neighbors through the walls and smells seep through wall outlets). The view into other apartments reminds me of New York City living. Most residents are college students. There are a lot of dogs! Management is nice and somewhat helpful. The maintenance team is courteous and top notch. Overall, they are overpriced apartments that look "luxury" but in reality are far from it.

I love living here. Having the pool all summer was amazing. The community is lively and fun. For being so close to the college it's pretty quiet here. It's fun to see the Bobcat community take pride on game days. My dog loves the patio and the walking paths where we always run into other furry friends.

My move in experience was smooth, the staff were kind and helpful! I’m in love with the amenities such as the pool/spa and fire pits! I would say, one thing that could be improved is answering the phones. When applying/application process there were many times I needed to call with questions and no one would answer - I had even called up to 5x’s in a day without success. I know they are busy but I do think there is definitely room for improvement. But I would like to point out when they do answer, they are very kind and helpful, I just think to improve the customer service experience they could do better on answering the phones. But overall - I do love it here! I’m very happy!

Living at 19th and Graf has been a great experience! The apartments are modern, clean, and really comfortable, with open layouts, nice finishes, and lots of natural light. Having in-unit laundry and updated appliances makes daily life so much easier. The location is another big plus—it’s close to MSU, downtown Bozeman, grocery stores, and restaurants, but still feels quiet and tucked away. The management and staff are also fantastic. They’re friendly, professional, and always quick to respond if you need anything. Maintenance requests are handled right away, and the whole property is kept in great shape. I also appreciate the amenities like the gym, bike storage, and common spaces, which add to the community feel.

I have lived here for two weeks so far and I have loved it. When moving in we had a few maintenance issues and when we reported them maintenance was here in a few hours. The complex is super nice and I am loving all the amenities.

Very professional and friendly staff. Parking can be a little tough. Grounds are very well groomed. Would like to see more garbage and/or recycling containers. The end street, running east and west, has a lot of parked vehicles, trailers that never move. Apartment was very clean and well maintained upon move-in.

Beautiful apartments with wonderful amenities. I can't get oven the dog washing station and the dog park here within the community. The staff have been very helpful as well, making moving in very easy.

The lawnmowers come at the crack of dawn, waking everyone up! Also, the people in the office have put my rent checks towards other units multiple times now. I’m very frustrated and would like to know that my check won’t get lost or put towards another apartment when I drop it off.

19th and Graf is the best! Amenities and staff are the best in Bozeman, no doubt. Not to mention affordable for everything included! Highly recommend for young adults after college like myself.

The apartments are well built, plenty of space. Amenities are top notch! And the community of people so far has been wonderful! The staff is super friendly and helpful as well.
Its been great! Awesome amenities, great apartments, and good community. Good place to live if moving to the Bozeman area! Also very convenient location.

I have had a great time here so far! I’ve lived in bozeman for most of my life and it’s nice to live in a spot that almost feels like a vacation away from the city. At first the only thing that kinda was unfortunate was having no AC, and the other thing the mass amounts of people that didn’t live here being let into the pool making it look like a party scene. However, both of those things seem to be solved now so I am very excited to be here!

I have lived her for almost 4 months now and I just love it. The community is lovely, the people are wonderful, maintenance is super fast and friendly. It's very dog friendly and a welcoming atmosphere.

Our move-in experience was quite challenging. We were initially told that our rent would be lower than it turned out to be, and that our move-in date could be flexible—but neither was true. We also expected a pool view, which we didn’t get. The miscommunication during this process was significant and frustrating. That said, ever since we settled in, we’ve been more than happy with our apartment and the living experience overall.
