Great amenities with good upkeep. Staff is friendly and the location near campus is really nice. The property and clubhouse has a good layout.
My move in experience was smooth, the staff were kind and helpful! I’m in love with the amenities such as the pool/spa and fire pits! I would say, one thing that could be improved is answering the phones. When applying/application process there were many times I needed to call with questions and no one would answer - I had even called up to 5x’s in a day without success. I know they are busy but I do think there is definitely room for improvement. But I would like to point out when they do answer, they are very kind and helpful, I just think to improve the customer service experience they could do better on answering the phones. But overall - I do love it here! I’m very happy!

Living at 19th and Graf has been a great experience! The apartments are modern, clean, and really comfortable, with open layouts, nice finishes, and lots of natural light. Having in-unit laundry and updated appliances makes daily life so much easier. The location is another big plus—it’s close to MSU, downtown Bozeman, grocery stores, and restaurants, but still feels quiet and tucked away. The management and staff are also fantastic. They’re friendly, professional, and always quick to respond if you need anything. Maintenance requests are handled right away, and the whole property is kept in great shape. I also appreciate the amenities like the gym, bike storage, and common spaces, which add to the community feel.

I have lived here for two weeks so far and I have loved it. When moving in we had a few maintenance issues and when we reported them maintenance was here in a few hours. The complex is super nice and I am loving all the amenities.

Very professional and friendly staff. Parking can be a little tough. Grounds are very well groomed. Would like to see more garbage and/or recycling containers. The end street, running east and west, has a lot of parked vehicles, trailers that never move. Apartment was very clean and well maintained upon move-in.

Beautiful apartments with wonderful amenities. I can't get oven the dog washing station and the dog park here within the community. The staff have been very helpful as well, making moving in very easy.
We love it here. It is awesome so many great amenities. The rooms are very nice and all the appliances have been great. We love working out at the gym.

The lawnmowers come at the crack of dawn, waking everyone up! Also, the people in the office have put my rent checks towards other units multiple times now. I’m very frustrated and would like to know that my check won’t get lost or put towards another apartment when I drop it off.

I have had a great time here so far! I’ve lived in bozeman for most of my life and it’s nice to live in a spot that almost feels like a vacation away from the city. At first the only thing that kinda was unfortunate was having no AC, and the other thing the mass amounts of people that didn’t live here being let into the pool making it look like a party scene. However, both of those things seem to be solved now so I am very excited to be here!

Our move-in experience was quite challenging. We were initially told that our rent would be lower than it turned out to be, and that our move-in date could be flexible—but neither was true. We also expected a pool view, which we didn’t get. The miscommunication during this process was significant and frustrating. That said, ever since we settled in, we’ve been more than happy with our apartment and the living experience overall.

The management team at 19th and Graf are great! They always have your back and are kind and understanding. I have been very disappointed lately in the condition of the clubhouses. Went this weekend to use the pool and spa. No coffee cups, stirrers, lids, sugar, cream or syrups were left. The coffee machine and counter were filthy with coffee all over the place and the machine stated it needed to be cleaned. This is unacceptable!!! I have been to the pool more than a few times. Each time pool is filthy. Dirt and bugs all over n it’s not just 1 time it’s each time. The water fountains over the pool are broken and leaking now for 2 weeks. No one has fixed them and now the hot tub is horribly dirty. For the rent we pay in this place and due to the fact management and maintenance live on sight, this is highly disappointing, frustrating and disgusting. Also pool hours should change. 9a-10p. It’s ok for landscaper to wake me up at 6am but we can’t swim in the pool until 9?? No sense!

I love it. I enjoyed living and moving into the apartment. Living here is a great experience. The leasing office is very helpful and professional. The amenities are worth living here alone. All of the floor plans are great to be in, I absolutely love my apartment. I’m glad I chose to live here.

We were given the wrong address to our unit which made the move in more complicated than it should’ve been. But the warm welcome we received from Trisha made the transition smooth. The complex is very clean and welcoming, our only complaint would be sound proofing in units. We can hear every step and small noise from the unit above us.

So far my stay at 19th and Graf has been wonderful! The management is great and easily accessible during work hours. The amenities are my favorite! The pool and the gym are always clean.

I like the layout of the apartment and the amenities. The astroturf is a little worn out in the dog agility areas. Area seems well maintained. Apartment seems pretty quiet.

Great amenities and staff! The new pool and clubhouse are great. Maintenance and office staff are always very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for students especially since it’s close to campus!

So far it has been great! The staff is great, along with all of the amenities. It’s in a great location as well. Only complaint is that the walls are somewhat thin but the community is so great that it’s barely an issue.

We love our apartment! Spacious and beautiful views. Love ping pong and pizza oven. Ready for construction to be finished so the place looks finished. Looking forward to using the pool this summer!!!
