So far it has been great! The staff is great, along with all of the amenities. It’s in a great location as well. Only complaint is that the walls are somewhat thin but the community is so great that it’s barely an issue.

Love this place. The amenities are top tier. The addition of the clubhouse and pool make it feel like a resort. If you want to feel like you are in a vacation this is the place to be.

We just moved in last week and are very happy with the property management. A lot of new construction is happening around but the management team works well to keep this out of residents' way, and noise levels are low. Great ammenities that make the rent pricing so worth it! Great location close to all the main events in Bozeman.

Excellent place to live! There are a ton of amenities, friendly and helpful staff, maintenance team is great and on top of it which is a big deal. Great amenities and great neighborhood. Super close to campus. The only downfall is that the walls are kind of think but I think that most apartments have that downfall. Other than that I really like it here!

For perspective, I moved into the Anderson floor plan immediately after construction was complete on the building I am in in 2023. Originally, everything was pretty good, the cost was very high for the minimal amenities at the time and the application process was expensive and atrocious, but it's close to my work so I was willing to deal with it. However, I'm not sure what changed, but in summer 2024 things started to go downhill. The property management started to change the pet screening process, which caused increased costs and fees (and required I sign up and send my personal information to a third party) on top of the monthly fees I had already been paying. Another example is the package system, before UPS/FedEx would deliver to my door with no issues, we maybe had 2 mis deliveries in the year before but frankly that was acceptable due to the newness and layout of the apartments. Now, all packages are sent to a disaster of a storeroom 1/4 mile away from my unit, where I had to sign up for yet another 3rd party to even get access to the storeroom, the room has every single residents' packages just lying around in a total mess I had to dig through to find anything. The parking lot is a disaster this winter, very minimal snow plowing, massive ice dams around the road. Some of the positives of the last year, the new clubhouse is beautiful, the maintenance and grounds keeping teams are fantastic, and do a great job of keeping the property clean and responding to maintenance issues, always have a great attitude.

19th and Graf is a great place to live with a great community. However like every other luxury apartment complex, it is very expensive. Purely because of the price I’m not sure I’m going to renew my lease.

Very nice apartment, all facilities and the apartment itself and in perfect condition and with many nice upgraded additions. Both the management/leasing staff and the maintenance staff are phenomenal. The former made moving in a breeze. The latter is constantly keeping things in top shape, from immediate snow removal to apartment maintenance.

I love living here ! And it’s in a prefect environment the sunsets from the balcony are beautiful and anytime I need help with something in the apartment we get help it’s amazing the staff go above and beyond.

We absolutely love it here and feel we couldn’t have found a better place to call home! Everyone is so nice, it’s clean, dog friendly, and maintenance is ON IT when needed :)

We renewed our lease for another year, as we are really enjoying living here. It's a large campus, however it's very clean and we enjoy the luxurious amenities.

The apartments here are modern and pet-friendly and come with many outdoor amenities: A pizza oven, grills, dining areas, games, and a hot tub line the complex. The maintenance and management team are always quick to address any questions or concerns. The management team also regularly organizes events that give us the chance to meet and connect with our neighbors. Although there is ongoing construction, the apartments remain easily accessible for both biking and driving. Naturally, there is construction noise during regular work, but it is relatively quiet outside of that. I enjoy going on walks to nearby parks, climbing at Spire, and resting in the hot tub.

A really great place to live! Nice location, pets are welcomed, awesome amenities, neighbors are friendly, and the apartment layouts are lovely. Only downside is they are a little expensive, but overall wonderful.
