This condo has everything you need to feel right at home, including a romantic electric fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, and the bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. A washer and dryer, tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, iron, and ironing board are also provided. Paid parking is available in the garage, and visitor parking is also available. A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night; please book in advance. Pets are allowed for a fee of $10 per pet per night; please confirm with us prior to booking. Steps away from the CN Tower, Rogers Center, Ripley's Aquarium, Union Metro Station, Financial District, bars, restaurants, Sobeys Grocery Store, and Billy Bishop Airport, this condo offers easy access to the TTC, LakeShore, and Gardiner ExpressWay. Every guest must provide their personal information prior to check-in, including the full names of every guest. Guests must be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information are not allowed into the building. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we discover the smell of any type of smoke, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). If the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund. [SI]
