Welcome to Englewood Beach Villas, a lovely 99-unit, 55+ community ideally located on Manasota Key, in Englewood, Florida. This villa features an open floor-plan in the living/dining/ kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. In the kitchen there are new stainless steel appliances. The adjoining dining table seats six, and the living area is freshly painted with all new furniture, a large-screen TV with both local channels and streaming, and free wireless internet. The primary bedroom has a new king-size bed and bed linens, TV with firestick, a walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The guest bedroom includes 2 twin beds and TV with a firestick, and an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand when you come back from the beach. Also, you'll find a BBQ grill outside. The clubhouse, heated swimming pool, and shuffle board courts are just a few steps away. The community is a quiet, safe place for walking or riding your bike. Just outside the community you'll find the beach on the Gulf of Mexico loaded with sandy shells, several nice restaurants, a convenience store and gift shop. Yoga on the beach is offered most mornings, bring your yoga mat or towel. In town is where you'll find the grocery stores and other shops, Farmer's Market on Thursdays (Nov-April), at least 15 public golf courses within a 15 mile radius, and several charter boat opportunities. This community requires a tenant registration form with a $150 fee. Rent prices do not include taxes and fees.

Englewood is a suburban community located about halfway between Sarasota and Fort Myers on the Gulf Coast.
