In warmer months, hiking and biking trails in the national forest are accessible directly from your door. This is a non-smoking property. Violation of the no-smoking policy can lead to immediate termination of the rental, eviction without refund, and retention of any security deposit, plus charges or liability for damages. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited.
