This condo boasts large TVs in the living room and each bedroom, along with free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. A private washer and dryer are conveniently located on the main level. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently renovated. Bedroom 1, on the main level, includes a king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, a private entrance, and a desk for remote work. Bedroom 2, also on the main level, features a queen-size bed and a renovated dedicated bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is versatile, featuring a twin-over-queen bunk bed and two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, complete with an in-room safe. Air conditioning units are present in the upstairs bedrooms to keep the entire condo cool during warmer months. A Level 2 EV charging station is available in the garage, compatible with both NACS (Tesla) and J1772 vehicles. During the Ski Season 2026-2027, enjoy 2 complimentary indoor ski lockers with boot dryers located next to the Steamboat Gondola. The condo includes a private, heated, 1-car garage suitable for most SUVs and trucks, with additional parking space in front of the garage. Shared covered parking spaces are also available on a first-come, first-served basis. The condo's location is exceptional, offering unparalleled proximity to the ski slopes. It's a short downhill walk of approximately 150 meters to the corner of Apres Ski Way and Village Drive, placing you near numerous shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. An additional 200-meter walk, with a gentle incline, leads to the Gondolas, Ski School, ticket office, and more dining and entertainment options. Ski-in access is also available via the 'Stampede' trail. The base area, with its events and attractions, is easily accessible, making this condo a prime location in the heart of the mountain village. In warmer months, hiking and biking trails in the national forest are accessible directly from your door. This is a non-smoking property. Violation of the no-smoking policy can lead to immediate termination of the rental, eviction without refund, and retention of any security deposit, plus charges or liability for damages. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Violations may subject the guest to immediate eviction without refund, retention of any security deposit, and/or charges or liability for damages. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, during which all guests must keep noise to a reasonable level. Outside of quiet hours, noise should remain respectful of neighbors. The reserving party and all adults in the group must be at least 30 years old. Groups with any adults younger than 30 must inquire for approval. Prohibited groups include Triple Crown groups, Bachelor/Bachelorette groups, and Construction Industry groups; these groups must inquire for approval. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed on the property or grounds. Bona fide service animals are permitted, but guests must notify the host immediately after booking. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property to ensure security and guest honesty regarding property use. Guests are responsible for leaving the property and its contents in the same condition as when they arrived. Mid-stay cleaning may be required for lengthy stays of more than one week, with a fee equal to the final cleaning fee potentially applying for each subsequent week. Long-term rentals (28 nights or more) require discussion and approval prior to booking, and a long-term rental/lease agreement and security deposit may be required. Each of the upstairs bedrooms features a desk, and there is an additional desk in the landing overlooking the living room. Bedroom 1 also includes a desk for remote work.
