Please keep in mind this home is old and has some quirks. The stairs to the second floor are pretty narrow and the ceiling slopes, so please watch your head as you go up and down. The driveway is very narrow, please be careful not to hit the side of the house or the curb if you park all the way on the back or garage. The beautifully decorated interior is complete with modern amenities and cozy furnishings. The open layout of the living and dining area is perfect for spending quality time with loved ones, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. One bedroom is located on the first floor and has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom on the first floor as well, with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, one with a queen, and a large master with a king-size bed and a twin trundle. The full bathroom features a walk-in shower. The backyard features a propane grill and a small enclosed sunroom. Includes a washer and dryer, old school N64, and board games. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. No cats are allowed. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
