Security Deposit $1,100.00.Pets are on a case by case basis only. Monthly pet fee for dogs is $50.00. Monthly pet fee for cats is $50.00. WE DO NOT ALLOW PUPPIES OR KITTENS. NO EXCEPTIONS. MUST BE 6 months or older. MUST BE SPAYED/NEUTERED and up-to-date on Rabies vaccine per NH Law. Dogs must get along with other dogs, children and adults. NO other pets allowed.
