This beautiful modern 1 bedroom apartment which has an EIK and full bath is located in a residential area near everything on Francis Lewis Boulevard to include a full supermarket, convenience stores, LIRR (Auburndale train station) and even a Dunkin Donuts around the corner. It is also approximately half a mile to the Clearview Expressway and less than 1 mile to the Bell Boulevard commercial/restaurant strip. LGA is approximately 5 miles and JFK is approximately 13 miles. Use of the back yard is included and is very nice during the spring/summer/fall timeframe. The apartment which has ceiling fans in the living room/bedroom also has adequate closet space (kitchen/linen/bedroom and a large coat closet). The rental which requires a 1 year lease/1 month security deposit also requires a credit check, references and proof of salary/employment history. Heat, water, sewer included.
