It’s a smart house located in East Cobb area with upgraded amenities in kitchen and laundry room. Security cameras surrounding the property. Common areas on main level: kitchen, living room, game room, wine room, patio in backyard with lake and fire pit, guest bedroom for visiting family Rented rooms are in the finished basement with 3 rooms. 2 of them are connected. 1 separated like an office space across the hall You would have your own separate entry door at the bottom floor of the house, separate from the main entry door on first floor. You can park car on pavement lot that is gated in the back yard. I live on the 3rd floor up top. I'm an entrepreneur in the film & entertainment industry. I work alot from my home office. I love technology and fitness. It is a plus if you also work in the film industry (but not mandatory) I'm looking for someone with no pets, no dependents, and does not throw big parties.
