The apartment features a contemporary open layout that seamlessly connects the living area, dining space, and kitchen, delivering a clean, spacious feel that’s perfect for relaxing, working, or spending time with others. The studio features a fully equipped kitchen in which you can easily prepare your favorite meals. It includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, trays, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and separated from the main room. It is stocked with all essential toiletries. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a 4K 55" HDR smart TV, a washer/dryer, and memory foam pillows. There is no parking included. However, there is parking throughout the neighborhood (meter, free street parking, etc.). The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street, and you will be able to get up to 3 nights by calling the city or by filling out an online form. Situated in the heart of Milwaukee's popular East Side neighborhood, which is known for its diverse range of activities, food, nightlife, and tourist attractions. Top restaurants, vibrant nightlife, and historic landmarks are all within walking distance. The Milwaukee Art Museum is just a short drive or bike ride away. There are numerous breweries and beer gardens located throughout the East Side. Foodies will also be spoiled for choice in the East Side, with a wide range of dining options available to suit every taste and budget. The East Side is home to some of the best bars, nightclubs, and music venues in Milwaukee. For those looking to explore the outdoors, the East Side offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, and any signs of smoking will result in a fine of $500. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors installed in the unit are tampered with, there will be a fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. There is an additional cleaning fee required per pet, with a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a charge of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee.
