Please note that this condo is ideal for couples since you need to walk through a bedroom to get to the master bathroom (the only shower/bath is located here). If "friends" are okay with this arrangement that's no problem as this is a really nice condo! Note that calls may not be returned for this property. Please respond to ad for quickest response. This condo was completely remodeled a few years ago (new kitchen and bathrooms). Rent includes: Garbage, Water, Gas, Association dues. newer stainless appliances (Gas Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge, and a Washer/Dryer). Tenants responsible for heat/electric (Heat is baseboard electric heaters). Upper level contains 2 bedrooms and full bath (full bath is attached to one of the bedrooms). Lower level contains 1/2 bath, fairly new kitchen and living area. Spiral staircase connects upper and lower levels. Building and Condo are in great shape. Nearly 1000 total square feet. Street parking available (no off-street parking). This is within walking distance to bus lines, restaurants, shops, lakes, and downtown Minneapolis. There isn't a lot of traffic where this condo is located so for uptown this is a very quiet location yet it is very central. Application fee is $45/ per adult (Criminal and credit check will be run on all applicants). Small dogs and cats (40lbs or less) are okay for an additional $75/month pet rent.
